About The Role
As our Junior Performance Marketing Manager for DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), you'll help accelerate one of Dyson's key growth channels: Affiliate & Partner Marketing. Reporting to the DACH Affiliate Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in planning, activating, and optimising campaigns that drive high-quality traffic and revenue.
You'll build real partnerships—managing relationships, coordinating promotions, and ensuring seamless execution. Working across teams, you'll gain exposure to decision-making at pace and help shape our affiliate strategy for the future.

What You'll Do
Assist in planning and running affiliate campaigns across DE, AT, CH
Coordinate daily campaign activations and partner communications
Maintain and grow our Affiliate network
Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and flag opportunities
Support budget tracking and channel forecasting
Ensure affiliate activities align with commercial objectives
Explore new tools and trends to push channel performance further
About you
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's/MBA a plus)
At least two years' experience in Performance, Affiliate, Digital Marketing, or eCommerce
Understanding of core channels (Affiliate, Paid Social, Search, Display) and key metrics (ROAS, CPA, conversion rate)
Strong communicator with partners and internal teams
Analytical, organised, and detail‑focused; comfortable handling data
Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar); fast learner
Proactive and able to work independently with guidance
Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
Keen interest in eCommerce and digital marketing
