Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Controller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making and ensure the financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
* Monitor and control budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
* Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
* Support strategic planning and business performance reviews.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes.
* Assist in cost analysis and profitability assessments for projects and services.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, or similar roles.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience preferred).
* Excellent communication skills in English; German is an advantage.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
