Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping our customer relationships strategy. As a CRM expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies, driving process improvements, and collaborating with international teams to maximize the potential of our CRM system.
You will be working closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement processes that support our business goals. This includes analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our CRM system.
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to work on projects that aim to increase company-wide CRM usage, improve customer engagement, and drive sales growth.
We are looking for someone who has excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be able to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and patterns, and make informed decisions based on your findings.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in marketing or economics, with experience in CRM platforms and customer data management. Salesforce expertise and proficiency in Salesforce configuration and reporting tools are highly desirable.
