Job Title: Sales Performance Manager
We are seeking a skilled Sales Performance Manager to drive proactive lead generation, identify customer needs, and guide conversations from inquiry to contract closure. As a key member of our team, you will cover the entire process E2E – from first contact through delivery.
A successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales or consulting, with strong sales skills and the ability to translate complex needs into actionable solutions. You will be persistent and flexible, with a proven track record of success in handling software related services.

2. Identify Customer Needs: Understand client requirements to offer suitable solutions and guide conversations from inquiry to contract closure.
3. Cover the Entire Process: Manage the entire sales process E2E – from first contact through delivery, ensuring quality and excellence.
4. Build Your Own Sales Network: Establish a robust sales network for long-term revenue generation.
Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience in sales or consulting, preferably with software-related services expertise.
* Strong sales skills: You must be convincing, enjoy sales, and be able to identify and translate complex needs into actionable solutions.
