We are looking for a full-time position in Kleinostheim near Aschaffenburg as of now:
Management and implementation of conversion optimisation strategies in digital, telesales and partner channels
Management and analysis of all key funnel metrics, attribution models and ROAS
Close collaboration with campaign, sales and product teams for effective lead-to-customer conversion
Creation of transparent performance dashboards and management of an international, data- and test-oriented team
Strong analytical and data-related skills and confident use of Salesforce, HubSpot or similar
Experience in SaaS, fintech, mobility or dynamic e-commerce environments
Hands-on, results-oriented leadership style and strong communication, team and project management skills
Very good German and English skills
