Your responsibilities: Via Phone and email you are the first point of contact for our German speaking B2B customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will take orders via various channels and process them in our ERP system Any concerns that may arise with our customers during the ordering and delivery process (eg. order status, delivery times, stocks etc.) will be assisted by you. You will focus on our already registered dealers, but you will also support our sales team in the acquisition of new prospective customers You bring along: You have already gained professional experience in the areas of customer service, customer support, internal sales or similar. Ideally, you share our passion for motorcycles, ATV/UTV, bicycles and co. as well as the associated products and accessories You are open-minded, communicative and have a strong service and customer orientation In addition to a native level of German, you have a good command of written and spoken English. Your profile is rounded off by a routine handling of the common MS Office programs and experience in the use of an ERP system.
