Job Description
* Drive Group-wide Pricing Transformation: Shape the journey towards a unified, scalable, and future-proof pricing framework across the entire group.
* Implement the New Pricing Software: Plan, execute, and manage the group-wide rollout of the modern pricing solution to harmonize and enhance pricing performance.
* Optimize Existing Pricing Structures: Analyze and align current pricing models in line with the new unified framework.
* Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with Sales, Webshop, IT, and Data teams to ensure a successful transformation.
* Monitor Transformation Progress: Develop meaningful KPIs to track progress and measure the effectiveness of the transformation.
* Manage Change: Support the adoption of new pricing processes and tools, fostering acceptance within pricing teams and the wider business.
Qualifications
* Comprehensive understanding of pricing strategies and their application in complex business environments.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make rational, fact-based decisions grounded in logical reasoning.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, ideally combining management consulting and hands-on work in a B2B company — preferably in wholesale or a similarly complex setting.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly to diverse stakeholder groups.
* Familiarity with pricing tools and systems is a strong advantage.
* Fluent command of English, both written and spoken (at least C1 level).
