* You will be part of a multidisciplinary team working at eye level with all participating professions.
* You will perform medical history taking, physical examinations, assessments, and routine medical tasks.
* You will present patients to the team.
* You will develop and coordinate multiprofessional treatment plans.
* You will educate patients and their families.
* You will support the nutritional medicine program for gerontology.
* You will take BIA measurements.
* You will participate in medical ethical decision-making processes.

Please note the following requirements:
