Tasks
What's this job all about:
* Client Consultation and Solution Design: Advise on digital HR transformation, develop tailored strategies, and implement HR technology solutions to address unique challenges and enhance HR processes
* Project Management: Oversee the creation and execution of project plans, including development, selection, and implementation of HR-IT systems, ensuring success through reports and presentations
* Business Development: Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and supporting the sales process to attract new clients
* Professional Growth: Benefit from a supportive, team-oriented environment with flat hierarchies, while contributing to the growth of junior colleagues
Requirements
What we're looking for:
* 3-6 years of experience in HR transformation or related fields
* Degree in Business Management, IT, Occupational Psychology or related fields
* Proficient in utilising HR systems with a solid understanding of how their interconnections impact end users and the organisation
* Strong ability to manage complex projects from planning through execution, ensuring successful client delivery
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conducting workshops, delivering presentations, and engaging with clients
* Professional working proficiency (C1) in German and English
