Are you ready to lead sales in one of Europe’s most exciting regions?
We’re looking for a Sales Director DACH m/w/d to drive growth, lead a high-performing team, and shape the future of manufacturing within the region as well as globally.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth and leading a team of Account Managers.
You are also a part of our local management team in Germany, for this reason a regularly site presence is important for ensuring a company's smooth operation, team developments, and goal achievement by providing direction, support, and motivation to our employees.
You’ll set targets, support activity planning, and coach your team to success. You’ll also act as a key sales representative for large-scale customers, managing strategic accounts and leading contract negotiations. Your ability to build strong relationships and understand customer needs will be essential.
You’ll identify new leads, win new business, and promote HANZA’s advisory services. You’ll also play a key role in marketing activities, both regionally and globally, and ensure our CRM system is always up to date with account information and opportunities.
We’re looking for someone with a strong sales background — ideally with experience in manufacturing and large deals. You should have at least five years in a managerial role, be fluent in German and English, and have a proven ability to sell complex solutions to multinational companies. You’re structured, results-driven, and a natural leader who can motivate and inspire others. We are looking for a leader that has the mindset of leading by example.
