They are currently offering an exciting opportunity to work across multiple sites in Germany.
They are seeking a Civil Engineer or Construction Technician to join their team as a Site Manager (m/f/d).
Responsibilities:
* Coordination and supervision of subcontractors at the construction site
* Ensuring compliance of construction activities with the construction planning
* Adherence to legal regulations (VOB, VV-Bau, VV-Bau STE) as well as quality assurance
* Point of contact on site for project participants, particularly for the client's construction supervision
* Verification of the measurements of subcontractors
* As a dedicated construction manager, you are responsible for the smooth execution of the construction measures assigned to you and take on the technical leadership on the construction site
* You coordinate and supervise subcontractor services and collaborate with relevant stakeholders (e.g., clients, planners, and authorities) in the preparation and realization of construction projects
* To optimally manage your construction projects, you implement a performance, schedule, and quality-oriented construction-related reporting system and proactively utilize cost estimation and accounting.
* To optimally manage your construction projects, you will conduct a performance-, schedule-, and quality-oriented reporting system related to construction and utilize calculations and cost accounting proactively and consistently.
* Your responsibilities also include identifying and preparing change order proposals and negotiating them with the client.
* You will take on the professional leadership of the employees on site and ensure the best possible working conditions, enabling your team to perform their tasks optimally (e.g., creating and verifying work time records, implementing measures for compliance with occupational safety regulations).

Your Profile
* Completed studies in civil engineering (FH/TH/TU) or a comparable technical qualification / several years of practical professional experience
* Professional experience in construction supervision / site management
* Independent and structured working style
* Strong communication skills
* Good organization/time management
* Willingness to travel
* Class B driving license
* Readiness for regular business trips with the vehicle provided to you, which can also be used privately.
* Professional working proficiency in German and English
* You are characterized by a structured and analytical way of working, a strong sense of responsibility and excellent coordination and communication skills
* Willingness to travel as required by project needs.
