Senior Customer Success Manager – French speaking (f/m/d) We’re RaiseNow, a fast‑growth SaaS that empowers charities and nonprofits to raise more, more efficiently. About the role You will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, building trusted partnerships that drive measurable success and long‑term satisfaction. You guide strategic clients in creating and optimizing high‑impact digital fundraising strategies while ensuring they get maximum value from RaiseNow’s tools. Responsibilities Build trusted, long‑term relationships and act as a strategic partner to customers. Advise and support clients in designing effective fundraising strategies and high‑impact digital campaigns. Onboard new customers and guide them in adopting RaiseNow tools into sustainable fundraising and membership workflows. Be a go‑to expert for digital fundraising, continuously learning and sharing best practices. Proactively address technical challenges, resolve support tickets, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative solutions. Analyze customer data to drive retention, spot growth opportunities, and lead renewals and account expansion. Qualifications Several years of customer success experience in SaaS, digital fundraising or payment service provider environment. Technical background or university degree in a relevant field. Experience working with programming languages, APIs, JSON objects and concepts in payment technology is highly desirable. Ability to articulate technical concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences. Strong written and verbal command of English and French (C1). Nice to have: Experience working in digital fundraising; Strong command of German or Dutch. Benefits A future‑oriented job in a meaningful environment with an international team.
