Your tasks
7. Photovoltaic grid connections: You will be responsible for processing demanding applications from the initial review through to commissioning. You will ensure that all grid-related requirements are taken into account.
8. Metering concepts: You coordinate tailor-made solutions directly with customers and organize the commissioning of the necessary metering services.
9. Remunerationand levy checks: You carefully check the requirements for remuneration and EEG levy obligations (e.g. EEG, KWKG) and ensure legally compliant processes.
10. Customer communication: You act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, answering them competently and finding convincing solutions even in difficult situations.
11. Process optimization: You actively contribute your expertise to our process and expert teams, jointly develop improvements and ensure their optimal implementation.
Your profile
12. Education: You have successfully completed a technical college or university degree.
13. Curiosity: You are willing to familiarize yourself intensively with the energy industry.
14. Know-how: You have a good understanding of business management and can quickly find your way around new IT systems.
15. Industry experience: Ideally, you already have knowledge and experience in the energy industry and can quickly familiarize yourself with regulatory issues.
