automotive sector
with the recruitment of an
HR Generalist
for one of its German sites. This is a confidential search for a versatile and hands-on HR professional who will actively contribute to the development and support of both managers and employees on site.
Your Responsibilities
* Support the recruitment and integration of employees in line with business needs, headcount, and budget objectives.
* Advise and support managers and employees on all HR-related topics.
* Contribute to the design and administration of employment conditions, including compensation systems, working time arrangements, and HR policies.
* Coordinate training, personnel development, and succession planning initiatives.
* Prepare and monitor HR-related reports to ensure compliance with KPIs and budget requirements.
Your Qualifications
* Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, or a comparable qualification.
* Solid professional experience in the
industrial sector
, ideally within the
automotive industry
.
* Experience in
recruitment
and operational HR processes.
* Proficiency with
SAP (HRM & SuccessFactors)
and the
MS Office Suite
.
* Fluency in
German and English
(both written and spoken).
* Structured, goal-oriented, and independent working style, with strong communication skills and assertiveness.
