Your tasks
9. Management and further development of a team of 5 employees in the areas of customer marketing, sales promotion and training
10. Conception and implementation of sales-supporting measures and activities for the product portfolio in the various sales channels
11. Budget responsibility for your area: planning, allocation, monitoring and control
12. Market analyses to derive target-oriented measures and translate brand messages into convincing sales arguments
13. Increasing the recommendation rate by pharmaceutical specialists
14. Responsibility for training measures and training on the company's brand portfolio, including the management of an internal online learning platform
15. Co-designing sales visits for the sales force in close coordination with product management and sales
16. Monitoring the success of implemented measures
17. Contract management with agencies and external service providers
18. Presentation at specialist congresses and participation in important customer meetings
Your profile
19. Completed studies in economics (diploma/master's degree) or a comparable qualification
20. Proven leadership experience in the management of teams
21. At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in marketing related to the over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceutical market
22. Strong presentation skills and a strong hands-on mentality
23. Structured and independent way of working
24. Fluency in German and English
