Job Purpose
Support the Global Training Academy (GTA) by coordinating GWO trainings and PPE inspections, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing excellent service to internal stakeholders.
Your tasks:
* Schedule and manage GWO trainings in P&C Hub Learning and internal databases
* Coordinate PPE inspections based on incoming requests
* Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on training and inspection offerings
* Maintain training records and issue certificates in P&C Hub Learning
* Handle GWO documentation (paper-based and WINDA database)
* Manage PPE storage cabinet: inventory, ordering, and upkeep
* Ensure accurate data for GWO training reporting
Your profile:
* Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent
* Initial experience in administration, team assistance or secretarial roles
* Proficient in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
* Personal Attributes
* Strong organizational and planning skills
* Structured and detail-oriented work style
* Customer-focused with excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
* Reliable, independent, and proactive team player
* Technical affinity and willingness to learn
