Household Management Specialist
The Household Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our senior center's household management. This includes:
* Organizing and coordinating daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, communal areas, and care and functional rooms.
* Supervising, allocating, and supporting cleaning staff.
* Ensuring compliance with hygiene and infection control standards as specified for care facilities.
* Monitoring cleaning quality and conducting regular quality checks.
The duties are performed within a 39-hour full-time employment contract (5-day week).
Responsibilities and Requirements
* Completed training or degree in household management or equivalent field (e.g., hospitality or hotel management).
* Several years of experience in team leadership – ideally in household management, gastronomy, tourism, or healthcare.
* Enjoy taking on responsibility and tackling things practically.
* Familiarity with digital tools – from inventory systems to MS Office.
