Communication & Collaboration: Foster open communication with Business Partners to address queries and facilitate smooth operations.
Performance Monitoring: Utilize IT tools to develop and maintain internal controls, monitor performance, and prepare reports.
Invoicing, Collection & Recovery
Issue and send invoices to Business Partners.
Manage cash allocation and reconciliation.
Evaluate new credit requests and maintain regular communication to ensure timely collections.
Prepare reports to monitor invoice collection and notify Business Partners of outstanding invoices.
Commissions Settlement
Calculate and govern commission payments to Business Partners and Brokers.
Send reports and address queries related to commissions.
Ensure accurate and timely payment of commissions.
What You Bring
MBA in Accounting & Finance
Ten years ears of Experience Required
Insurance background
Experience in Invoicing / Collection / Management
Ability to work and communicate with different cultures, levels and organizations world-wide
Analytical skills.
Reactivity, team spirit and leader ship
Synthesis capacity / excel / accounting
Ability to arbitrate and prioritize.
Solutions and results oriented.

English and german mandatory / French appreciated
