Job Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our Pro AV B2B department across Europe, focusing on installed sound markets such as hospitality, education, retail and conferencing for corporates.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic marketing plans tailored to Pro AV markets across Europe.
* Drive awareness and growth for our Pro Audio product portfolio in the AV and IT installation market.
* Support sales enablement for our distribution and system integrator partners.
* Design and execute 360° marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, and digital content in Europe.
* Manage PR activities and media relations across Europe with agencies and internal stakeholders.
* Coordinate customer events, trade shows, and product demos, including setup and brand representation.
* Create compelling product and application content (case studies, configuration examples, white papers).
* Lead the planning and delivery of audio training programs, both in person and online.
Your Qualifications:
* We require a person with hands-on marketing experience and a strategic approach to professional audio technology.
* Degree in marketing, communications, audio engineering, or a related field.
* Proven track record in B2B marketing, ideally in AV, Pro Audio or IT industries.
* Strong understanding of the customer journey for audio installations, particularly in education, conferencing, hospitality or other markets.
* Good project and campaign management skills, with experience in digital and physical channels.
* Willingness to participate in public speaking, training delivery, and product presentations.
* Familiarity with content creation, social media, and press/PR activities.
* Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, CMS platforms, social media, and video content tools.
* Willingness to travel across Europe for events, meetings, and training delivery.
* Good communication skills in English.
