Key Responsibilities:
* Provide organisational support to department management
* Carry out administrative tasks inherent to the department
* Contribute to creating and monitoring the department's documentary traceability
* Manage and centralize information, organise logistics for the department
* Support project follow-up by arranging meetings and drafting minutes
* Order office supplies required for smooth department operation
* Deputise for other assistants in managing the department diary, receive and answer calls from their contacts
Required Profile:
Higher education diploma or equivalent experience
4 years of experience in a similar role
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
* Fluent French (C1 minimum)
* Operational English in business - advanced level (B2 minimum)
* Microsoft Office suite proficiency
