This role combines hands-on responsibility in financial accounting with strategic involvement in controlling and reporting. You'll work in a dynamic, growing company where your contributions directly support decision-making and process improvements. Independent handling of day-to-day accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, bank transactions) of large scale real estate projects / investments Preparation of quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with NL GAAP and review of financial statements according to German GAAP (HGB) Support in planning, managing, and controlling budgets as well as liquidity planning Preparation of monthly VAT-filings and review of yearly tax declarations Further development of controlling processes and key performance indicator systems Acting as a point of contact for auditors, tax consultants, and external service providers Contributing to the optimization and digitalization of internal accounting processes, implementing process automation Degree in business administration with a focus on accounting/controlling or a comparable commercial qualification with further training as a certified accountant At least 3 years of professional experience in financial accounting and/or controlling Solid knowledge of German GAAP (HGB), ideally experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, DATEV, SAP, or similar) Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and drive Strong analytical thinking and high affinity for numbers Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel Fluent speaking and writing German and English language skills A goal-oriented, sustainable company with a highly attractive, brand-new sky office offering panoramic views over all of Berlin A team-spirited, social environment with regular events such as sports and balls Healthy and delicious daily lunch Opportunities for personal development and growth Are you ready to embrace the challenge and be part of our journey?
