This is a high-impact role supporting both regional (Europe) and global teams, with a strong focus on gas and renewable energy (PV + BESS).B2B or employment contract both are possible but on a full time exclusive basis. Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage relationships with major players in the German power industry – OEMs, developers, TSOs, suppliersIdentify and analyze energy-related policy shifts, infrastructure trends, and commercial opportunitiesRepresent the company in both public and private sector discussionsDeliver actionable market insights to senior leadershipBuild pipelines and pursue tenders, partnerships, and JV opportunitiesAct as a communication bridge between local operations and regional/global HQEnsure strict alignment with compliance and quality principles Requirements:Bachelor's or higher in Electrical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, International Business, or similarMin. 7-10 years of experience in the German power sector (gas + BESS preferred), experience in Photovoltaics Renewable is just a plus hereFluent in German and EnglishProven track record of developing power projects (CCPP, PV, BESS)Skilled in client management, strategic sales, and project executionStrong MS Office proficiencyLegally authorized to live and work in Germany Preferred Background:Experience with major OEMs (Siemens, GE, MHI, Ansaldo) or developers (RWE, Uniper, EnBW)Familiarity with electricity boards, TSOs, or battery suppliers (e.g., Samsung SDI)Strong industry network across Germany's energy ecosystemWind/Other renewable energy experience is not relevant for this role but we would be glad to keo your CV, for some other roles in pipeline Offer:Market-based compensation (no fixed cap)Bonus potential based on project performanceOpen to different engagement models: employment, freelance, or B2BAdditional benefits (travel/mobility support, insurance, etc.) will be aligned with final contract.This is your sound occasion to join on of the most powerfull energy players in the world and make a real difference in the region
