Your Job
1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive data management system for corporate security
2. Manage and optimize security platform data (alerting, intelligence, access control, physical security tools)
3. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across contact details, site information, and location codes
4. Audit data inputs, troubleshoot discrepancies, and coordinate updates with non-security data sources
5. Contribute to automation initiatives and integrate AI into security processes
6. Administer and maintain access control systems, conduct security audits, and document incidents
7. Train employees on access control systems and security best practices
8. Create reports and dashboards to track compliance, security performance, and data integrity
9. Analyze data trends to identify security gaps and support strategic decision-making
Your Profile
10. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Science, Security Management, or comparable vocational training (e.g., IT apprenticeship, security technology)
11. Initial experience in data management, IT support, or security operations
12. Strong expertise in data management tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) and MS Office Suite
13. Experience with access management systems; knowledge of API integration (REST, JSON) and automation (Python) is a plus
14. Familiarity with data analytics methods and cloud platforms (Azure) is an advantage
15. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
16. Strong communication skills, able to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
17. High proficiency in English (C1 level or higher)
18. Team player with the ability to collaborate across IT, HR, and security functions
