This position is perfect for individuals passionate about providing excellent customer service to German-speaking travelers, assisting them with their booking and travel needs.
Responsibilities
* Engage with German-speaking customers through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat to address inquiries and provide assistance.
* Support clients throughout the booking process by making, modifying, and canceling reservations as necessary.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to bookings, ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for quality control.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively and efficiently.
* Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and product offerings to provide customers with accurate information.
Requirements
* Fluency in German (both written and spoken), with proficiency in English as an advantage.
* Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or related sectors.
* Strong communication skills and an approachable demeanor.
* Problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking tools is advantageous.
