We are looking for you, located in Trier or Vienna as a ORBIS Pilot & Rollout Manager
You are responsible for monitoring feedback from update partners, ensuring compliance with agreed response times and completion of assigned tasks
- To fulfill your responsibilities, you will work closely with management, project & release managers, sales, support, and development teams
- If problems occur during installation, you are on hand — analyzing, supporting, and finding pragmatic solutions
Completed vocational training or relevant professional experience in an IT environment or Bachelor's degree in (Medical) Informatics or Computer Engineering or studies in healthcare with an IT focus
- Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, and infrastructure projects
- Excellent German skills (C1 level) and good English skills (at least B2 level).
- Knowledge of French is an advantage
