We are seeking an IT Project Manager (m/f/d) starting August 1, 2026 Your Responsibilities Independent planning, management, and monitoring of large or complex IT and SAP projects—from initiation through implementation to successful completion. Leading and coordinating interdisciplinary project teams, including stakeholder management, resource planning, and managing external partners. Creating and maintaining project plans, status reports, risk analyses, and decision-making documents for management and steering committees. Establishment, further development, and practical implementation of standardized PM methods, tools, and templates within IT. Supporting IT support staff in monitoring compliance with defined processes, documentation standards, and reporting formats across the project portfolio. Conducting lessons-learned workshops and actively promoting a professional, learning-oriented project culture. Coaching individual IT colleagues on PM methods, clarifying role understandings, and supporting them in preparing their own projects. Your Qualifications Clear, audience-appropriate communication and confident enforcement of defined standards. Structured, process-oriented work to keep projects stable, organized, and prioritized. Team-oriented, reliable collaboration with IT, business units, administrative staff, and external partners. Pragmatic problem-solving and confident handling of conflicts and bottlenecks. High level of personal responsibility and resilience when managing multiple parallel projects. Extensive experience in the IT environment – deep understanding of processes, architecture, stakeholders, and typical challenges. Solid expertise in project management methodologies – confident use of PM tools and process models, ideally demonstrated by certifications such as PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI, or comparable qualifications.
