Job Description
The General Manager (Sales & Operations) will lead B2B sales, manage key accounts, and oversee SKU rationalisation to reduce surplus stock. The role also partners closely with factory leads to deliver process improvements, enhance throughput, review pricing and packaging, and coach a small team to achieve defined KPIs.
The Successful Applicant
You will bring a proven track record in industrial or manufacturing sales, ideally with experience selling into trade or distribution channels. You're commercially strong, confident on the factory floor, and capable of leading a small team while driving practical, hands‑on improvements across sales, operations and production.
