IT Technical Support Professional

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide dedicated technical support and problem-solving services to customers.
* Ensure swift incident analysis and prioritization of customer interactions to achieve exceptional first call resolution rates.
* Maintain accurate records of incident and problem information.
* Offer remote and on-site support, delivering solutions tailored to customer needs.
* Contribute to the creation of comprehensive operational procedures.
* Develop technical content to enhance our knowledge database.
* Manage application testing and administration tasks.
* Collaborate with system and database administration teams for seamless execution of tasks.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in both French and English.
* ITILV4 certification (with opportunities for prior certification).
* At least 3 years' experience in a similar position.
* Basic knowledge of network systems.
* Previous experience working with ticketing systems.
* Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* A strong customer-centric mindset and collaborative team spirit.
