Responsibilities
1. Consulting our clients' top management in the area of mobility.
2. Supporting consulting projects in the area of strategic transformation with a product and technology focus.
3. Developing product and portfolio strategies using new technologies (electrification, hardware, software), deriving scenarios and business cases.
4. Designing technology strategies and conducting technology scouting, due diligence, and initiating partnering processes.
5. Designing toolkits and modular product structures.
6. Developing optimization measures to increase product profitability.
7. Developing and implementing organizational concepts and collaboration models.
8. Supporting the internal development of innovative consulting products, project acquisition, and key account management.
