Who are Pliant ABOUT THE ROLE As ERP Project Lead – Finance & Accounting (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the end-to-end setup and implementation of our future Finance system landscape – from tool selection to go-live. You will be the key interface between our Finance team, external providers, and tech teams, ensuring our future setup is scalable, compliant, and efficient. WHAT YOU’LL DO Develop a structured decision framework and run the ERP tool selection process end-to-end Define and collect business requirements from across Finance and translate them into system needs Evaluate vendors and manage the RfP process Plan and manage the entire ERP implementation project, including timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation Ensure process harmonization and documentation across entities and countries Design workflows for general ledger, AP/AR, intercompany, fixed assets, closing processes, and reporting Coordinate internal stakeholders and external implementation partners Ensure alignment with international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS) Design reporting and audit-readiness into the system from day one Provide training and guidance to internal users during rollout and stabilization phase Regularly update and align with the CFO and senior management WHAT YOU’LL BRING 4 years of experience in Finance systems, ERP project management, or Finance process optimization Proven track record of leading at least one full-cycle ERP implementation in a scale-up or mid-sized company Strong understanding of accounting processes and compliance (IFRS or similar) Hands-on experience with ERP tools such as NetSuite, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, DATEV, or similar Structured thinking, strong process orientation, and the ability to balance detail with pragmatism Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills Fluency in English (German is a plus, but not required) A “builder” mindset – proactive, self-driven, and focused on outcomes WHAT WE OFFER The opportunity to work in a growing team with big responsibilities that thrives on a strong exchange of knowledge and excellence Attractive remuneration Flat hierarchy and transparent communication in a relaxed, professional atmosphere Opportunity to develop your talent in a dynamic team with ambitious goals Flexibility and possibility to work remotely Monthly mobility benefit Wellhub Membership Company card with a monthly allowance for lunches, coffee, etc. with co-workers
