As a crucial player in our success, you'll be at the forefront of planning, executing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns that captivate audiences and drive results.
Job Description
Your playing field:
1. Campaign Planning and Execution. Brainstorm and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, display ads, and PPC.
2. Content Production. Craft compelling slogans and core content that resonate with our target audience.
3. Creative Briefs. Collaborate with our design team to ensure visually stunning representations aligned with our brand guidelines.
4. Performance Monitoring and Analysis. Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
5. A/B Testing and Optimization. Conduct A/B tests on various campaign elements to boost performance and enhance conversion rates.
6. Campaign Reporting. Prepare insightful reports showcasing campaign performance and actionable recommendations.
7. SEM Support:.Contribute to keyword research, content optimization, and ad campaign management for SEM initiatives.
8. Collaboration and Coordination. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and consistent messaging.
9. Stay Updated with Industry Trends. Keep abreast of digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies for innovative campaign strategies.
Qualifications

10. Bachelor's Degree. In Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
11. Experience. +2 years in a similar role, with a passion for soccer and popular sports.
12. German Speaking. Fluent in German to effectively communicate and engage with our target audience.
13. Digital Marketing Expertise. Strong understanding and operational capabilities in PPC, SEM, and social media marketing channels.
14. Analytical Mindset. Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
15. Creative Thinking. Generate innovative ideas for digital campaigns.
16. Organizational Skills. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
17. Strong Work Ethic. Willing to go the extra mile to achieve success.
