We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Business Development Manager to spearhead our efforts in identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the data center sector and other industries where UPS systems are required across Europe.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of selling technical solutions to these sectors, a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Identification and development of new business opportunities
* Management of existing accounts and building long-term relationships
* Promotion and sales of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems
* Technical guidance and expertise to clients, ensuring the UPS systems are configured to meet their operational needs and future growth plans
* Continuous competitor monitoring and industry trend analysis
* Monthly sales reporting to management
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
* At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure, or similar sectors
* Technical background or certifications in UPS systems, power management, and/or energy solutions would be considered a plus
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Results-driven and proactive approach to identifying client needs as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
* Fluent in English and willing to travel in Europe and globally
