M365 Endpoint Administrator & Support
Our team is seeking a skilled Level 2 support specialist to provide high-quality technical assistance for escalated incidents.
* Daily reporting and collaboration with the IT Support Coordinator
* Support end-users with standard services and applications, ensuring seamless system performance
* Implement solutions for business and IT infrastructure, driving operational efficiency
* Ensure timely resolution of complex incidents and maintain up-to-date operational procedures
Key responsibilities include acting as Level 2 support on critical incidents, performing system monitoring and management activities, and maintaining information systems components efficiency. Additionally, you will support other Group IT entities on daily system management.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, preferably with a focus on endpoint support and administration
* Minimum 2 years of experience in endpoint support and administration, with a strong understanding of M365 suite and PowerShell scripting
* Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
