We are partnering with a fast-growing defence technology company seeking a hands-on Program Manager to lead mission-critical defence programs and serve as the key interface with military and government customers.
Responsibilities
* Own and drive complex defence programs from initiation through delivery and sustainment.
* Act as the primary liaison for military, governmental, and strategic stakeholders.
* Oversee program schedules, budgets, deliverables, risk mitigation, and reporting.
* Coordinate cross-functional engineering, operations, and supplier teams to ensure aligned execution.
* Ensure strict adherence to defence standards, security requirements, and export control regulations.
* Lead negotiations related to program scope, contracts, and change/claims management.
Who we’re looking for
* 5+ years of program or project management experience within defence, aerospace, or military programs.
* Direct engagement with military entities (e.g., Bundeswehr, MoD, NATO) on complex technical programs.
* Strong capability in contract and claims management.
* Fluent in German and English with excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills.
* Hands-on experience managing military programs
