Are you passionate about Recruiting & Talent Acquisition and want to put your theoretical knowledge into practice? With us, you will familiarise yourself with the recruiting process from A to Z and support our team throughout the entire operational recruiting process.
YOUR TASK
1. Recruiting coordination: You manage our central applicant management system and organise job interviews
2. Drafting contracts: You create new employment contracts and ensure that everything runs smoothly
3. Communication: With your open, engaging demeanour, you ensure a positive candidate experience. As an internal interface, you communicate with colleagues in all positions
4. HR projects: After successful familiarisation, you will take on responsibility for exciting HR projects and actively support operational recruiting
5. Collaboration: With your eye for detail and your structured way of working, you will help us to continuously improve our processes and make them more efficient
YOUR PROFILE
You are currently studying, ideally with an HR focus, and have at least 6 months to support us
6. Initial experience in human resources and/or talent acquisition/recruiting is a plus
7. You can structure yourself and your tasks very well
8. You are solution-orientated and proactively contribute your own ideas to the team
9. You enjoy communicating with applicants and colleagues - in german and in English
10. You have experience working with MS Office
