The position is ideally to be filled from Julyfor a duration of 5 to 6 months.
YOUR TASKS
1. You support the PAYBACK market research team in conducting market research studies
2. You process and respond to customer inquiries related to market research studies
3. You analyze data using Excel and SPSS and prepare market research results in PowerPoint
4. You organize individual project steps and work on them independently
5. You code open-ended responses from standardized surveys
YOUR PROFILE
6. You are currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration, social sciences, psychology, statistics, or a comparable field
7. You have a strong interest in empirical market and social research as well as in marketing and customer loyalty programs
8. Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience with empirical research methods
9. You are highly motivated and work carefully and in a structured manner
10. You are familiar with MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
11. You are articulate in German and also have a good command of English

COMPENSATION
19. Mandatory internship: €1,000 / month
20. Voluntary internship: €2,224 / month
21. Working student (Bachelor): €17 / hour
