You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our data infrastructure and transforming raw data into actionable insights that power our product and drive business growth. Here's how you'll make a difference: Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support both customer-facing and internal data deliveries, empowering self-service analytics through well-governed and accessible data. Collaborate closely with product, analytics, engineering, and data science teams to deliver data-driven solutions that power the data roadmap and enhance customer experiences. Take ownership of the data infrastructure and analytics engineering workflows, driving best practices in data modeling, data quality, and governance to empower self-service analytics. Ensure pipeline reliability through comprehensive monitoring, alerting, automated testing, and CI/CD automation. Stay current with the latest advancements in data engineering and analytics engineering, evaluating new tools and frameworks to continuously improve our data capabilities. Actively contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions with an analytics-first mindset. Effectively align stakeholder expectations and communicate complex technical and analytical concepts clearly and proactively. What makes you a great fit: 5 years of experience designing and maintaining data pipelines and data workflows using modern data stack(AWS, Airflow, dbt etc.). including event-driven architectures. Skilled in data modeling, data quality practices, and building trusted, production-grade datasets. Familiar with DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Git, CI/CD) to manage and automate analytics workflows at scale, with strong expertise in infrastructure management, alerting, and monitoring. Strong communication skills with proven ability to work cross-functionally in an agile, fast-paced environment; experienced collaborating with business analysts and data scientists. Fluent in English; proactive, ownership-driven, and adept at translating business questions into robust data solution Why Us?
