People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Generative AI Expert - ML / UAV Systems
Your duties will include:
* Design and build generative AI models (e.g., GPT, GANs, VAEs) for NLP, CV, and embedded UAV data pipelines
* Integrate AI models into production systems in collaboration with engineering teams
* Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability across platforms
* Research and apply the latest advancements in deep learning and generative techniques
* Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance across AI components
* Maintain documentation, code quality, and test coverage
* Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning and agile team coordination
* Stay up to date with trends in ML, deep learning, and AI deployment best practices
Requirements that must be met:
* Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
* Proven experience with generative models (e.g., GPT, GANs, VAEs)
* Strong Python skills; experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch
* Solid knowledge of ML algorithms, deep learning architectures, neural networks
* Understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks
* Strong analytical and teamwork skills
* Very good English and Polish
Nice to have:
* Experience deploying AI models at scale
* Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
* Previous work in agile development, ideally with PI Planning experience
