Job Description
Process Analysis & Optimization
* Analyse current R2R processes and propose SAP best-practice improvements for financial reporting and compliance.
* Work with finance teams to streamline month-end and year-end closing activities.
System Integration & Support
* Ensure smooth integration between SAP S/4HANA Cloud and external reporting or consolidation tools.
* Provide functional support for R2R-related issues and maintain data integrity.
Requirement Gathering & Documentation
* Gather requirements for financial reporting, GL management, and compliance workflows.
* Document functional specifications and maintain process documentation.
Project Management & Implementation
* Support SAP cloud implementation projects for finance and Controlling modules and related integrations.
* Coordinate with internal Group Finance and Local Accounting teams and vendors for successful delivery.
Testing & Training
* Develop and execute test cases for R2R functionalities.
* Train finance users on SAP reporting tools and processes.
Data Analysis & Reporting
* Monitor KPIs such as closing cycle time, reconciliation accuracy, and compliance adherence.
* Propose improvement based on these KPI monitoring and alignment with the key stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in finance focused on ERP environments.
* Hands-on experience with R2R processes in SAP or similar ERP systems.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and data analysis tools is a plus.
* Strong understanding of R2R processes including GL, AP/AR reconciliation, and financial reporting.
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud and integration tools.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
