Responsibilities
* Manage the contract chain, delivery review, delivery operations, and exception handling for sales projects within the sales unit.
* Oversee delivery organization support, operational monitoring, and business analysis for the sales unit, while being accountable for its delivery performance metrics.
* Fulfill the delivery management function within the supply chain system, driving improvements to the delivery requirement management framework to better align with customer needs and optimize resource efficiency.
* Support the development of the delivery system to enhance overall delivery capabilities.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of computer/server products and processes, with an understanding of workflow management principles.
* Familiarity with supply chain operations, sales project management processes, and related business practices.
* Proficiency in Office software and systems, coupled with strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
* PMP certification is preferred.
