What you'll do
* Shape the future of the global KNAUF IT transformation and take responsibility for leading and managing a global team
* Develop, update, and prioritize the finance product vision and roadmap, as well as manage the product backlog as the main content authority
* Analyze business requirements, consult on the optimization of the Finance product, and design proper IT-based solutions in collaboration with stakeholders and process leaders to meet availability and quality targets
* Manage dependencies between the individual product components, including resource and financial responsibilities
* Scan actively for relevant innovations and new technologies to identify opportunities for improving Finance-to-Close processes and support a smart procurement approach
Who you are
* Significant experience in the design, implementation, and improvement of IT-based Finance-to-Close processes in international organizations (in-house or external)
* Excellent know-how in SAP-FI and basic knowledge in related SAP modules (SD, MM, PP), S/4 Hana experience is a benefit
* A strong mix of competences in business process, project, and service management concepts and tools, such as SAP ASAP, SAP Solution Manager, ITIL, and SCRUM – ideally supplemented by certifications
* Engaging communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues in IT and stakeholders in the business at all hierarchy levels
* A solid balance of a 'can do' attitude, passion for actively driving changes, and the willingness to travel occasionally to KNAUF sites on all continents
