Responsibilities
* Carefully analyzing and prioritizing customer requirements to develop optimal solutions.
* Developing and implementing comprehensive quality concepts and measures to ensure quality standards in new product development.
* Applying quality management techniques such as APQP with FMEA and Control Plan during sampling.
* Creating and updating control plans during both the prototype and series production phases.
* Preparing and communicating requirements for partial sampling with suppliers.
* Leading and coordinating quality improvement projects and preparing relevant reports.
* Handling customer complaints using the 8D method.
* Conducting and leading internal and external audits to ensure quality standards.
* Actively contributing to the internal quality management system and conducting internal audits.
* Strategic quality planning: developing and implementing strategic plans for the long-term improvement of product and process quality.
Requirements:
* A successfully completed degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
* Several years of professional experience in quality management
* Additional professional qualifications, such as DGQ Quality Representative or comparable certifications.
* Solid methodological competence in sampling according to automotive standards (APQP, PPAP, PPF).
* Extensive experience in the application and implementation of ISO 9001 certification and IATF tools.
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and, ideally, experience with quality management software.
* Business-fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
