You will be the Sales Manager’s right-hand person:
You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager and support him in day-to-day operations. Together with the Sales Manager, you’ll ensure that sales activities across our many markets are carried out efficiently, transparently and in a targeted manner.
~You help to ensure that our sales processes are consistently implemented:
You analyze sales metrics, maintain reports, prepare decision-making documents and keep track of sales activities in the individual markets.
~You support effective market development:
You assist your sales colleagues in implementing optimal market development strategies. You understand our products, markets and customers and can explain our product benefits to them in a way that is easy to understand.
~You recognize when your sales colleagues need technical support and can either assist them yourself or organize technical support through our technical sales team.
~You will gain in-depth insights into sales management, market development and leadership, and gradually take on more responsibility – with the clear prospect of taking on your own sales tasks and developing in the long term to lead your own sales team.
Sales Experience & Customer Orientation:
You have initial sales experience, enjoy selling, and have a positive approach to working with customers and business partners.
~You are fluent in English, have German level B2 and preferably high-level command of an additional foreign language.
