In alignment with our continued success, we are looking for a talented Creative Designer (all genders) to support our Creative Services, helping us to take some of the most exciting AAA games to the next level. This full-time role is based out of our German office in Munich/Planegg or Reading/Theale, UK in a hybrid position.
In this position you will play a pivotal role in creating compelling visual motion designs and assets for our games that align with our brand identity and engage our target audience. As the Creative Designer (all genders), you will be in a cross functional role of a Creative Service Team, collaborating closely with the Brand Manager to guide the artistic direction of our marketing campaigns across both external agencies and internal creative teams. Your role will ensure consistency, quality, and creative excellence across all visual elements.
You'll be responsible for
1. Lead the development and creation of assets for marketing campaigns, aligning with brand objectives and target audience preferences
2. Develop and execute visual concepts grounded in creative briefs and strategic direction from senior leadership, Brand, and Marketing Managers, in close collaboration with team members and cross-functional partners
3. Create and deliver visual assets of varying complexity, from quick-turn marketing materials to larger campaign visuals, as an active, hands-on contributor within a small team
4. Provide creative direction and guidance to the design team, ensuring all designs meet brand standards and project requirements
5. Develop mood boards and style guides to communicate artistic vision and maintain consistency throughout projects
6. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual content
7. Develop strategies for art creation that balance high-quality visuals with efficient production methods to reduce workload without compromising quality
Your Profile
8. You have significant experience in design and art direction within the gaming industry or a related field (such as other media areas)
9. You hold a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or bring equivalent professional experience
10. You have a strong design portfolio showcasing concepts and graphic design work for a variety of brand and marketing projects
11. You have strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software; experience with Cinema 4D (or similar tools), as well as motion design and UI/UX design principles, is a plus
12. You have advanced English language skills; German language skills are an advantage
13. You possess a deep understanding of trends in gaming and pop culture and can leverage these to identify creative opportunities
14. You have excellent design and communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present creative ideas effectively to Senior Leadership, Brand and Marketing management, and other cross-functional teams
15. You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and can manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
