Responsibilities
Join TeamViewer as an Intern in our Software Development team and help us explore cutting-edge technologies that shape the future of intelligent software.
* Design and develop new functionality for our software using coding languages but not limited to C++ and C#
* Collaborate closely with experienced engineers and researchers in a dynamic, cross-functional team
* Optimize and enhance our software with new, efficient algorithms and modern software technologies
* Translate ideas from whitepapers into efficient, production-ready code
* Work independently on solutions for specified requirements
* Be responsible for adhering to time and quality specifications
* Monitor the latest technical developments on your field and make proposals for improvement
Requirements
* You’re currently enrolled in a university program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or any related subject
* Mandatory internship is in your curriculum and that you will use it (this is a must!)
* Solid programming experience in C++
* Ability to write a robust code in C# is a plus
* Experience with Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, TypeScript is a plus
* Solid experience with version control tools like Git
* Understanding of Clean Code and Design Patterns for object-orientated programming
* Fluency in English
* Previous experience through personal projects, open-source contributions, or internships in related areas is a pl us

* Our Working Students in Germany receive a competitive monthly salary:
o €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract
o €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract
o €1,400 for a full-time internship position
