Role Overview
To ensure operational excellence and seamless execution across all areas, we are looking for a Head of Operations who takes full ownership of our studio, team coordination, scheduling, and client experience. You will manage Front of House & Coaches, structure class schedules and appointments, and ensure that every detail in our studio meets the highest standards of hospitality and efficiency.
This is not just a management role, it’s a position for someone who is energized, highly motivated, and driven to have a big impact. Our operations run 7 days a week, and you will be responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly, whether it’s team shifts, client communication, or ensuring a seamless member experience.

Responsibilities
1. Team Management & Coordination
o Lead and manage the Front of House team & Coaches, ensuring shifts are structured and all classes, personal training sessions, and activations run smoothly.
o Coordinate trainer availability across our classes, events, running club, and external activations (e.g., Château Royal, Reethaus).
o Hold weekly meetings with the Front of House team to align them with the latest sales initiatives, activations, and hospitality training.
o Train and inspire the team to elevate the hospitality experience at HAGIUS.
2. Class Scheduling & Client Experience
o Upload and manage the class schedule at least 3-4 weeks in advance, ensuring clients can rely on a structured and well-organized program.
o Ensure that every class is covered, even during holidays or staff absences, and that changes are professionally communicated to members.
o Work closely with the leadership team and coaches to optimize and refine the class experience, balancing premium quality with efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
3. Operational Excellence & Studio Management
o Ensure the studio operates at the highest standard, with all processes running smoothly.
o Maintain a flawless guest experience, ensuring all requested equipment and materials are available for coaches and the leadership team.
o Optimize operational workflows to increase efficiency and elevate the overall member experience.
o Oversee all external operational setups and partnerships, ensuring our activations at Château Royal and Reethaus run seamlessly.
4. Communication & Leadership
o Serve as the central operational figure, ensuring that all teams from trainers to Front of House staff—are aligned, prepared, and motivated.
o Provide clear communication to both the team and clients, ensuring transparency in all operational decisions.
Minimum Requirements
* Proven Operations Leader: At least 5+ years in operational management, team coordination, and scheduling in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or high-end service industries.
* Experienced in Managing Teams & Scheduling: Successful leadership of Front of House teams & coaches, structuring shifts, and managing class schedules.
* Customer & Hospitality-Focused: Commitment to high service standards and exceptional client experiences.
* Hands-On & Ownership Mindset: Full responsibility for operational success, working 7 days a week.
* Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: Advanced planning and execution skills for schedules and member experience.
* Resilient & Solution-Oriented: Ability to solve problems proactively and effectively.
* Strategic & Cost-Conscious: Ability to improve operations while reducing costs.
* Comfortable in a High-Performance Environment: Willingness to work outside traditional hours when needed.
* Strong Communication & Leadership Skills: Motivating and aligning teams for top performance.
* Experience Managing External Activations: Coordination beyond the studio, including locations like Château Royal and Reethaus.
