As a Business Analyst Customer Engagement, you focus on value-driven analysis of new demands, maintaining a holistic overview of our core capabilities, and supporting Product Owners in both project and run & maintain activities. You translate business needs into clear user requirement specifications, create overviews of stakeholders and technical environments, analyze different business and IT-scenarios, support related testing activities, and help ensure that solutions deliver measurable business value and are aligned with our platform capabilities
Your Contributi on:
* Perform structured analysis of new business demand
* Analyze, challenge and structure those demands in direct exchange with business stakeholders and Product Owners
* Maintain a comprehensive overview of all core capabilities of the ecosystem and align those with Enterprise Architects
* Drive minor project independently including project management, orchestration of involved stakeholders and the solution design
* Drive together with the Product Owners the adoption of digital capabilities
* Create user requirement specifications, drive test cases, test scripts and ensure full coverage of business scenarios and acceptance criteria in projects
A Good Match:
* University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration with IT focus, or a comparable qualification.Minimum of 5 years work experience within business and/or IT roles in Tech, Pharma, Digital Agency or Consultancy services
* Proven track record within the domain of customer engagement systems in the pharmaceutical industry (CRM, Customer Master Data, Sales & Marketing platforms)
* Knowledge of Veeva Vault concept and Veeva Commercial Cloud products
* Strong value driven, service and end-consumer oriented mindset with strong executional skills (get-things-done), pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
* Good technical understanding with the ability to quickly grasp even complex technical contexts
* Strong communication skills with ability to understand business needs and simplify technical complex topics for various stakeholders
* Communicate fluent in English
