The team SAP Business Technology Plattform (BTP) Center has the focus to provide a stable SAP BTP environment ant to build value-adding Apps on SAP Business Technology Platforms while considering UX Standardization.
Your Job
What this role looks like.
* Developing and operating full stack cloud applications within a DevOps team (incl. UI, Frontend & Backend Logic, Database model, Authorization concept)
* Evaluating and using SAP BTP Services
* Driving quality and standards in our engineering community, providing and discussing innovative solution approaches and suggestions for improvement in the development
* Following agile working principles like CI/CD, test- and design-driven development
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
* Understanding of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP)
* Experience in SAP BTP Cloud Foundry and SAP UI5 and/or Fiori Elements in a DevOps and/or Agile environment
* Programming Skills in Node.js and/or Java as well as OData Experience
* Required skills for following services:
o Business Application Studio (BAS)
o HANA DB as a Service on BTP and/or PostgreSQL DB
o XSUAA Service
o Destination Service
* Bachelor's Degree in related field
* 3 years of relevant professional work experience
* Good communication skills, service- and solution-oriented work attitude as well as high analytical capabilities
* You're eager to learn: Once you learn something new, you are excited to evaluate it and teach it to others
* Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage
