About the Role
This position is a key contributor to the success of our logistics operations.
The Change Manager will oversee site changes and compliance, ensuring the site understands, accepts and implements all changes from global and EU initiatives.
Key responsibilities include leading process improvement projects, engaging stakeholders, and aligning goals. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of continuous improvement through root cause analysis, Standard Work, 5S, and Andon.
A successful candidate will have experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and management. They should also possess significant experience using data or stories to influence business decision-making.
A degree and proven experience in quality management and process optimization are essential. Fluency in English and German is required.
