ABOUT THIS POSITION
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Field Marketing Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on Events and Product Demonstrations to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead our event marketing strategy and field demonstrations to enhance brand visibility, engage key audiences, and drive business growth. This position requires a creative mind with excellent project management skills and the ability to organize and lead online events, customer visits, and trade shows.
YOUR TASKS
* Develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives
* Plan, organize, and manage both in-person and virtual events including trade shows, conferences, product launches, and customer engagement events
* Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and event partners
* Plan, organize and execute product demonstrations
* Coordinate speaking opportunities at industry conferences
* Create immersive brand experiences that effectively showcase our products/services
* Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams for event logistics, content development, and follow-up activities
* Establish KPIs and metrics to measure event success and return on investment
* Collaborate with broader marketing team to ensure integrated campaigns across all channels
* Support in content creation and public relation efforts of the team
YOUR PROFILE
* 3-5 years of experience in marketing with focus on event management
* Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events of various sizes and formats
* Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities in English
* Strong project management skills with attention to detail
* Experience with event management and planning tools
* Proven experience collaborating with external stakeholders, including event management and design agencies
* Ability to conduct product demonstrations with robots and our AI platform
* Readiness to travel nationally and internationally for all the events and support the team onsite in Darmstadt, during planning of the events.

* Exposure to Robotics, AI, Energy or related sectors
* Experience in organizing international events
