About Your Program You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates. Alongside mentorship and learning experiences your day to day role will cover responsibilities such as: Process Optimization & Standardization: Conduct in-depth analysis of HR operational needs to streamline processes for social security, provident fund, onboarding/offboarding, and transfers. Develop standardized operating procedures and transition from localized to centralized shared service delivery, enhancing efficiency and consistency in HR management. Service Delivery & Quality Assurance: Oversee SSC operations, ensuring seamless execution of social security, provident fund administration, billing, and policy compliance. Collaborate with external social security agencies to resolve issues, implement quality audits, and refine service delivery to boost employee satisfaction. Data Analytics & Strategic Insights: Monitor and analyze HR data (social security, provident fund) to inform management decisions. Manage and interpret the social security and provident fund data to uncover insights that drive HR strategy refinement and innovation. System Implementation & Digital Transformation: Lead HR system development by assessing business requirements and designing solutions. Track project timelines to ensure on-time deployment. Stay abreast of industry trends to iteratively enhance system functionality, advancing HR service digitization. Team Development & Stakeholder Collaboration: Build a high-performing HR service team through targeted capability development. Establish partnerships with external entities (embassies, consular officies, immigration authorities) and coordinate with internal teams/third-party vendors to facilitate visa processing, cross-border assignments, and related matters. About You Currently enrolled in a university with at least six months remaining until graduation (MUST) Major in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology or any related major Have an internship experience in corporate HR departments and recruitment agencies will be a plus Proficient with Excel data analysis Proficient in Chinese and English; German proficiency is a plus.
